Sozo Films is a one-stop hub for all TV and film productions. We offer a range of high-end creative services, including branded and corporate documentaries, TV series, talk shows, feature films, reality TV shows, and other video production projects. Our vision is to inspire lives, innovate new methods and technologies, and impact the world one territory at a time.
Sozo Films was incorporated in October 2011 to conduct business legally in Nigeria, with operational bases spanning the country and corporate offices in Kano and Abuja. Currently, we are pioneering a new phase in Africa’s burgeoning film industry, driven by local inspiration for global impact.
With over 12 years of experience to our credit, we offer expertise in every aspect of film and television production within the media industry. Our diverse clientele includes esteemed organizations such as Water Aid, Ramsey Films, Urbane Studio, Blue Pictures, Takeout Media, Save The Children, Christian Aid, OXFAM, Sesame Square NY, and the Office of the Vice President of Nigeria, spanning from blue-chip companies to top-notch organizations, NGOs, government agencies, and departments.
Under the leadership of Chris Odeh, an award-winning filmmaker, we have produced an impressive portfolio of over 20 documentaries, 10 feature films, and 20 short films.

COAL360 is the not-for-profit arm of Sozo Films that coaches and mentors young filmmakers for the global stage. So far, COAL360 has trained over 3,000 students in nine years, with intensive training for about 100 budding filmmakers in five years across 10 countries.
